Emergency Response Programs (ERP)

Our highly trained and qualified staff can assist any property manager or facility with their Emergency Response Program or ERP. The most important thing when dealing with an emergency situation is a quick response by any and all parties that need to be involved. A quick response is needed to minimize your loss and get you back to normal business.

Some things you should have ready at all times:

Insurance and/or Broker information
Service contractors that can respond in a timely manner e.g. Plumber, Electrician, HVAC, Gas Company, Water shut-off, Disaster Restoration Company, etc....
Evacuation plan
Someone who has the authority to make decisions on site
Alternate housing for Tennant's if needed
Blue prints and building information stored off site but easily attained when needed at any time of the day
Media relations representative
Contact numbers up to date for employees and Tennant's
