Read More There were many stages that occurred after that and several different sets of individuals were involved at each step of the way, (i.e. cataloging the damaged items and meticulously itemizing them on a spreadsheet, securing and reboxing undamaged goods, the actual restoration of the flooring and drywall...). I was highly impressed with the quality of service as well as the level of comfort, in essence, with having strangers in and out of my home. It was top notch. When it came to the final restoration of the basement and providing me with options to move forward, there were two individuals who really stood out for their professionalism and customer care - Shannon & John. The calm they shared with me and the support received made what could have sent me on a downward spiral into a minor adventure with positive benefits.
