When extensive water damage occurred in our home, our insurance company recommended two restoration companies for us to call. We chose R&F as family members had many issues with the... Read More other company. The R&F team responded quickly, less than a few hours, and immediately went to work. Due to unforeseen circumstances the restoration became more involved than just the original issue. Despite being busy at that time with other claims, R&F didnot postpone or hesitate to rectify all issues leaving us with our home fully restored and safe. From cataloging items, removing our furniture into the on-site storage unit they provided & returning everything once the job was completed (our personal belongings never left our property), discarding any severely damaged items, to the professional precise workmanship while repairing the structural damage, we were kept up to date. We hope we will never need restoration services again, but if we do we would insist on contacting R&F.
