Read More bathroom, I immediately turned off the main water supply and called R&F. Within an hour, they had arrived with a couple of air movers and a huge dehumidifier, which were immediately turned on. After baseboards were removed and any affected drywall cut back, measurements and readings were taken to determine the number of air movers and dehumidifiers required for the space. A quick trip back to the R&F facilities brought the additional equipment to properly deal with the moisture. During that time, I had "my" plumber (who had done work at my house in past) address the work of replacing the burst pipe, although I now realize that R&F would be able to provide that service as well. Over the next few days, R&F monitored the moisture conditions and added one extra dehumidifier to speed the process. Final readings before removing the equipment gave me the confidence that the problem had been successfully abated. The quick response, ongoing communication and attention to detail at the completion of the job were very much appreciated, and the reasons I will look to R&F to assist with any future emergency.

When extensive water damage occurred in our home, our insurance company recommended two restoration companies for us to call. We chose R&F as family members had many issues with the... Read More other company. The R&F team responded quickly, less than a few hours, and immediately went to work. Due to unforeseen circumstances the restoration became more involved than just the original issue. Despite being busy at that time with other claims, R&F didnot postpone or hesitate to rectify all issues leaving us with our home fully restored and safe. From cataloging items, removing our furniture into the on-site storage unit they provided & returning everything once the job was completed (our personal belongings never left our property), discarding any severely damaged items, to the professional precise workmanship while repairing the structural damage, we were kept up to date. We hope we will never need restoration services again, but if we do we would insist on contacting R&F. We will continue to strongly recommend to anyone requiring restoration services that their first call after they notify their insurance company should be to R&F. Thank you Rick (Rimkey) and team.
