Read More There were many stages that occurred after that and several different sets of individuals were involved at each step of the way, (i.e. cataloging the damaged items and meticulously itemizing them on a spreadsheet, securing and reboxing undamaged goods, the actual restoration of the flooring and drywall...). I was highly impressed with the quality of service as well as the level of comfort, in essence, with having strangers in and out of my home. It was top notch. When it came to the final restoration of the basement and providing me with options to move forward, there were two individuals who really stood out for their professionalism and customer care - Shannon & John. Thanks so much to both of you for making the process smooth and seamless. I greatly appreciated it. I highly recommend this company for any construction and restoration needs. You will not be disappointed.

When extensive water damage occurred in our home, our insurance company recommended two restoration companies for us to call. We chose R&F as family members had many issues with the... Read More other company. The R&F team responded quickly, less than a few hours, and immediately went to work. Due to unforeseen circumstances the restoration became more involved than just the original issue. Despite being busy at that time with other claims, R&F didnot postpone or hesitate to rectify all issues leaving us with our home fully restored and safe. From cataloging items, removing our furniture into the on-site storage unit they provided & returning everything once the job was completed (our personal belongings never left our property), discarding any severely damaged items, to the professional precise workmanship while repairing the structural damage, we were kept up to date. We hope we will never need restoration services again, but if we do we would insist on contacting R&F. We will continue to strongly recommend to anyone requiring restoration services that their first call after they notify their insurance company should be to R&F. Thank you Rick (Rimkey) and team. Read More cautious to use drop sheets and tape off unaffected areas. I have also referred them to several friends who were happy with the finished product. I will call R&F first if we ever have need of disaster services again. I also learned years ago that insurance carriers would prefer you take a cheque from them and do your own work. It sounds great, but beware, you receive less money and no warranty. By having R&F complete the work, I get the full amount I should receive from my insurer with a warranty if anything goes wrong.
